By accessing or using TRAX, you agree to these terms and any referenced policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. your Commitments

In return for our commitment to provide the Serivce, we require you to make the below commitments to us.

2.1 Who can use TRAX.

You must be at least 18 years old. We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.

2.2 How you can't use TRAX

  • You can't impersonate others or provide inaccuract information.
  • You can't do anything unlawful, misleading, or fradulent or for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You can't violate these Terms or out policies.
  • You can't interfere with or impair the intended operations of the service.
  • You can't attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorized ways.
  • You can't sell, license, or purchase any account or data obtained from us or our Service, regardless of whether such data was obtained while logged-in to an account.
  • You can't post someone else's private or confidential information without permission or do anything that violates someone else's rights, including intellecual property rights.
  • You can't reverse engineer our products or their components.
  • You can't use a domain name or URL in your username without prior written consent.

2.3 Permissions you give us

  • We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it.
  • Permissions to use your username, profile picture, and information about you.
  • You agree that we can download and install updated to the service on your deivce.

2. Additional Rights we Retain

  • If you select a username, we may change it if we beleive it is appropriate or necessary.
  • We reserve the right to revoke any user's account that we determine is not helpful to the Application's community.
  • You must obtain written permission from us or under an open source license to modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or otherwise attempty to extract source code from us.

3. User Content Removal or Termianting your account

  • We can remove any content or information you share on the service.
  • Personal content such as Name, Username, Email will be deleted upon account deletion. Other content will be retained to keep experience and service for other users
  • If you wish to delete all content associated to your account you must contact us at support@kanditrax.com prior to deleting your account

4. Third-Party Services

This service contains links to third party websites, as well as references to names, content, products, or services provided by third parties. By including these links and references, TRAX does not represent these parties, their content or any products and services they offer. You are responsiuble for knowing when you are visiting a third party website, and for knowing the terms of use and privacy policy for each such third party website.

5. Disclaimers

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THIS APPLICATION OR ANY CONTENT, MATERIALS, FEATURES, OR SERVICES OF THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR PROVIDED YOU WITH SPECIFIC RESULTS.

THE CONTENT, MATERIALS, FEATURES, AND SERVICES ON THIS APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS", AND "AS AVAILABLE". TRAX AND IT'S MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTIAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRAX and its members and employees from all claims, losses, damages, and expenses.

We may update this our service and policies at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised version within the app and update the date above.
